As your favorite pet sitter, private boarding studio, and specialized care provider, here at PLAYANDWALKPDX, we are dedicated to providing safe, loving, professional care. In order to ensure this for all clients, we have promises and policies outlined in our service agreement. All clients are required to fill and sign the service agreement and client information forms and review the policies regarding location, hours, payment, safety, cancellations, injury, and sickness.
This business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! (We are ALWAYS here for you!) Any closures will be announced to clients and prospective clients via the calendar and social media posts; please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates on our schedule! Come spend your holidays with us!
PLAYANDWALKPDX is a private, home based and insured pet hospitality facility located in Portland, Oregon and a Portland pet sitting service. The address will be provided to clients booking daycare and boarding services at the time of confirmation!
All clients are required to pay via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or with cash AFTER service - cash preferred! :P
Cancellations must be communicated prior to the scheduled start of the service. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price will apply otherwise. PLAYANDWALKPDX reserves the right to cancel scheduled services for any reason with proper notice to scheduled clients. Cancellations initiated by PLAYANDWALKPDX will not be charged.
This business is CPR certified and fully equipped with first aid equipment for minor injuries. All clients are required to fill out an In Case of Emergency (ICE) form before proceeding with scheduled services. PLAYANDWALKPDX is insured by Pet Care Insurance.
Sliding scale services are now offered to low-income and returning clients in an effort to make pet care more accessible to Portlanders! Returning clients will be offered sliding scale rates based on their visitation frequency and type of service.
